Platform Size and Platform Surface
Which platform size is best for my needs?
Everyone makes their own choice as to the deck size they prefer, although there are some important points to consider;
You gain greater flexibility for configurations and tiers etc. by using smaller decks.
What platform surface should I choose?
First of all you need to know in which way you are going to use the stage. Are you only going to use the stage indoors or also sometimes outdoors? If you are planning to use the stage partly outdoor DiamondDek (Silksceen surface) is highly recommended since carpeted platforms are not really suitable for outside use. Considering your individual needs, it is up to you to choose the right platform surface for the use of the stage.
Height of the Stage
What's the most popular stage height?
The most chosen risers for stages are the 40 cm risers. Please consider that the platforms themselves are already 3 cm thick. If you decide to use 40 cm risers the height of your stage would be 43 cm.

Weight and Loadability
How light weighted is Revostage?
Revostage is the lightest stage system currently available. We count a lot of schools among our customers, where already first graders are able to mount and demount Revostage portable stages. A 1 x 1 m platform weighs about 10 kg only. For further information concerning the weight of the stage see technical information.
What is the loading capacity of Revostage?
Even though Revostage is an extremely light stage system, it allows a maximum load up to 750 kg per m² proven by Expo Engineering in Germany.
Stage Setup
Is it complicated to set up Revostage?
No, it is not. To mount a Revostage stage system is literally child's play. Even pupils of primary schools are able to mount and demount the stage in a short time. Please convince yourself and have a look at montage video and instruction. Revostage turns mounting and demounting a stage into a pleasure.
Transport and Storage of the Stage
What options do I have to transport Revostage?
At the event location and its proximity Revostage can be transported by transport trolleys or cases. The transportation by cases is probably the most practical, since this way offers an easy and compact solution for storing the stage. At longer distances 1 x 1 platforms can even be transported by most of the common passenger cars. Thanks to the lightness of Revostage loading the stage in and out is not a big deal.
Do I need much space to store the stage?
No, you do not. Storing Revostage is really space-saving. The risers can be folded together, up to a fraction of their actual size. Storing the stages in cases with wheels is the best way. Hereby the transportation on site is also greatly eased. We have cases for 10 or 15 platforms in our product line.
What do I have to take care of storing the stage?
The stage should be stored at a dry location, not affected by extreme high or low temperatures.
Health and Safety
Is Revostage health and safety compliant?
Yes, unlike some of the imported products on the market, Revostage passes all health and safety requirements. Our largest users of the product are children in schools, so we take the safety of children very seriously. Hence our rounded corners and no sharp edges.
Yes, Revostage is made with fire retardant materials; even the carpet has a fire rating.
Product Maintenance
What should I do to achieve maximum durability of the stage?
The stage is maintenance-free. Important is not to fold and unfold the risers too quickly. The stage should neither be exposed to extreme high nor extreme low temperatures.
Spare Parts and Refurbishment
Are all spare parts available?
You can reorder all spare parts at our company or also online.
Can I refurbish my stage later?
Yes, this is possible at our company. For example if the carpet gets worn out after many years we will recondition it for you if you wish so. This costs noticeable less than purchasing new platforms. If you want to recondition the platforms yourself you might also only purchase a new carpet and the fixing material at our company.
Delivery
How quickly can you deliver the stage?
Usually it takes around two week for your Order to arrive. In case of individually made elements and for case orders we have different delivery periods which can be found out by contacting us. They usually do not exceed a period longer than 20 days.
The delivery is managed by professional freight forwarders. Before delivery they will contact you to arrange a target date for the delivery. Minor packages such as small spare part orders will be sent to you by DHL.
Other Portable Stage Systems
What is better with Revostage than with other portable stage systems?
Revostage is the original. It has been invented in Sheffield in 2001. There are copies from Far East on the internet available. But you can't compare them with the original. They weigh more and have poor safety and loadability values.
